What does your sign say about you? friendship vs relationship

I've always been interested in the truth behind zodiac signs whether the moon can really dictate our personalities. While I'm no expert on the topic I've noticed a lot of similarities between people in my personal life who just happened to be the same signs, and I think it's overall a fun topic.

I want this blog to be as authentic as possible so I will be using my personal experience with each sign as an approach rather than a scientific textbook approach. I want to touch on characteristics I've noticed in the signs in friendship and how they differ from or are similar to how they act in romantic relationships.

This could be something you relate to if your sign is mentioned, or you might know someone of that sign and think oh that's spot on or you could think oh that's farfetched either way I hope this is a fun read for you.

I'm a cancer so that's something to keep in mind. I want to start with one of my favorite zodiac signs, Aquarius.

Aquarius is one of the signs I am very familiar with, some of my closest friends are Aquarius. When you first meet an Aquarius, they can seem quiet, shy and reserved however they are far from it, they just have to feel comfortable and safe before they show you their fun sides. Once you get to know an Aquarius, they are full of energy and very weird. Aquarius are very honest and will always speak their minds. In friendships I love how safe an Aquarius can make you feel, they are very easy to talk to and will go above and beyond to make you feel better whenever you're feeling down. The downside to this is an Aquarius will often abandon their own well-being and needs to help others. Aquarius often feel like their problems are burdens and in return will put up a wall and deal with them alone. Having an Aquarius as a friend is having someone who shows up no matter what and will put your needs before their own. Aquarius makes amazing parents because they are natural nurturers and have so much love and kindness to give. 

Aquarius are a little different when it comes to relationships, they are more guarded and stubborn. They build a wall and it's up to their partners to tear it down. They often do this as a way to make sure their partner is willing to do the work and love them no matter what. They can often push people away to secure their hearts, especially an Aquarius that has been hurt in the past. They can make it really hard for their partners but once you remove that wall, you'll realize your Aquarius is just a soft teddy bear filled with love and once they feel that security you will feel it from them times a thousand. 

An insecure Aquarius can be very emotionally abusive and will have little to no regards of other's feelings including loved ones.

Up next, we have Virgos. At first Virgos can come off as stuck up because of their confidence. They are major overthinkers. More than likely upon meeting your Virgo they will talk about conspiracy theories with well thought out explanations it could be something serious or simply something they personally find interesting. Virgos are well calculated and observant. Once a Virgo walks into a room, they immediately begin analyzing everything and everyone. Virgos are often excellent mathematicians and excel in that area in school. They are usually loners because of how their minds work, they find out the truth about people very quickly and will distance themselves. If you are lucky enough to be trusted by a Virgo, you'll quickly find out they are amazing friends however Virgos are very logical and can often times come off as cold. In a sad moment your Virgo friend will be very direct and honest instead of emotional and sympathetic which to a lot of people can be less comforting but to the right people can be just what you need to hear in the moment. This is not because they don't feel sympathy it's simply how their brain works, they are problem solvers and don't like to dwell on negative emotions. To a Virgo if there is a solution why not just jump straight to it. To Virgos life is one big math problem, it's solving and moving on to the next thing. Having a Virgo as a friend will help you navigate through life a lot easier and will toughen you up. On the downside Virgos have a need to always be right and, in many cases, they are however they can be egotistic about it.

In relationships Virgos will overthink a lot of situations and shut down which is why they need partners who are very reassuring. They wear their hearts on their sleeves, and you will never have to wonder whether they love you or not. In an argument Virgos won't want to deal with the problem right then and there your Virgo will more than likely need their own space to sit and overthink the situation then find their center and come back with a leveled mind. This however depends on whether or not your Virgo has evolved emotionally. A Virgo who does not evolve will blow up and can make the situation worse, they can be very manipulative and selfish. 

For some reason all the Virgos I've came across are not very religious and I think that goes back to them being logical and calculated where religion crosses those boundaries.

If you have an Aries in your life, you already know how stubborn they can be. Aries hate being told what to do and even more how to do something. If an Aries, asks for your advice just know they trust you with their life, because they are extremely independent and find strength in figuring stuff out on their own. Due to their independence Aries often suffer in silence and hide their pain very well. Aries can get very defensive when asking for help or when offered help because they see it as a sign of weakness when they could always just figure it out on their own. It takes a lot to gain an Aries trust if ever! they don't take putting their trust in someone lightly. As friends Aries are kind, comforting and they care a lot. Aries give the best advice and are willing to help however they can. They are very honest and upfront and requires the same. Aries hates liars because they live their whether it's good or bad. Aries hate confrontation but will come prepared with all receipts if necessary. Prior to what a lot of people might think Aries hate conflicts, but they hate losing just as much. If an Aries asks you a question 99%, they already know the answer they just want to double check. They can sniff out dishonest people before they even show their true colors. Aries are very protective of their loved ones and will always come to their defense no matter what.

Aries have amazing intuitions and will cut you off in a heartbeat. In relationships Aries can come off as cold hearted, but they are the complete opposite they love hard and get hurt a lot because of that and in return put walls up to protect their hearts. An emotionally drained Aries will keep their options open in relationships, this includes cheating whether physically or emotionally. Aries are masters at the art of detachment and can be in a 10 year long relationship never fully falling for that person while that person is in complete awe of them. Guaranteed in a relationship Aries partner loves them more. Aries keep a part of their hearts guarded always and even with that guard up their partner can feel like they are getting 100 percent because Aries are smart and can make u feel absolutely loved while protecting their hearts. An Aries can cheat on you for years and you might never even suspect it much less find out.
